Investment Policy
The sub-fund invests primarily in stocks and other equity-like securities, spread across various sectors. The sub-fund invests in stocks and other equity instruments of companies, with a geographic focus on Belgium. This Belgian geographic focus is achieved if at least one of the following criteria is met. The sub-fund may invest in (i) constituents of the Euronext BEL AllShare (BAS) index, (ii) companies that have their headquarters or legal domicile in Belgium, and (iii) Belgian companies listed outside of Belgium.
There are no restrictions regarding currencies or other specific economic or industrial sectors or niches. The sub-fund’s investment policy is based on an integrated approach in which valuation, quality, and sustainability are key factors in stock selection.
Target Audience
The Subfund is suitable for retail and institutional investors who view an investment fund as an easy way to participate in developments in the financial markets. It is also suitable for more experienced investors who wish to achieve specific investment objectives with an investment horizon of more than 5 years.
Investment Objective
The sub-fund’s objective is to provide investors with long-term capital appreciation on their investment through an actively managed portfolio.
