Overview

Investment Policy

The individual weighting of each asset class (equities, fixed-income instruments, and derivatives, as well as cash or other money market instruments) may range from 0 to 100%, depending on economic and market conditions, as well as the investment manager’s expectations and strategic judgment. The sub-fund may invest up to 50% of its assets in emerging market instruments (for example, instruments issued by entities or governments that have their headquarters or primary listing in emerging markets and are defined as constituents of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index).

Up to 50% of the sub-fund may be invested in bonds or other debt instruments issued by corporations or governments, which may be of lower investment grade. The rating is determined based on the highest rating assigned by one of the recognized rating agencies. If bonds are unrated, they are selected based on the issuer’s own rating. There are no restrictions regarding currencies, geographic regions, or other specific economic or industrial sectors or niches. The sub-fund may invest in derivative financial instruments, such as futures, options, forward currency contracts, credit default swaps, or interest rate swaps, to achieve its investment objectives and hedge risks.

Target Audience

The Subfund is suitable for retail and institutional investors who view an investment fund as an easy way to participate in developments in the financial markets. It is also suitable for more experienced investors who wish to achieve specific investment objectives with an investment horizon of more than 5 years.

Investment Objective

The sub-fund’s objective is to provide shareholders with long-term capital appreciation. This objective will be achieved by investing the sub-fund’s assets in equities and fixed-income securities, as well as in cash or other monetary instruments, without any geographic, sectoral, or currency restrictions.
