Overview

Investment Policy

The sub-fund may invest in bonds or other debt instruments issued by corporations or governments, which must primarily have an investment-grade rating (at least BBB and/or Baa3).

The sub-fund may invest in stocks (in which the sub-fund may invest up to 50% of its net assets) selected on the basis of ongoing financial evaluations, analyses of the macroeconomic environment and the issuer’s specific profile, future developments, etc. There are no restrictions regarding currencies, geographic regions, or other specific economic or industrial sectors or niches.

The sub-fund may use derivative instruments, such as options, futures, interest rate or currency swaps, etc., but only to hedge or limit the risks associated with other investments in equity or fixed-income securities; consequently, these instruments must not affect the overall risk profile. No index or other benchmark is used as a basis for constructing the sub-fund’s portfolio.

Target Audience

The Subfund is suitable for retail and institutional investors who view an investment fund as an easy way to participate in developments in the financial markets. It is also suitable for more experienced investors who wish to achieve specific investment objectives with an investment horizon of more than 5 years.

Investment Objective

The sub-fund’s objective is to provide shareholders with long-term capital appreciation. This objective will be achieved by investing the sub-fund’s assets in equities and fixed-income securities, as well as in cash or other monetary instruments, without any geographic, sectoral, or currency restrictions.
