Overview
Investment Policy
This portfolio invests in globally active, publicly traded holding companies and conglomerates with a broad diversification of activities and subsidiaries, a clear long-term strategy, a strong track record, and, preferably, a well-known shareholder base.
The strategy involves a concentrated portfolio. Investments will be made in a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 positions. This is possible because each holding is already designed to provide diversification.
Stocks must meet the following “Selection Criteria.”
- Stocks must be sufficiently liquid;
- Stocks are traded daily on a European (EEA, Switzerland, and the UK) or North American (U.S., Canada) stock exchange.
- When selecting stocks, the Manager will aim to construct a portfolio that allows 50% of the portfolio’s value to be liquidated within a week, with a maximum of 10% of each stock’s average daily trading volume (calculated over the past year) being sold per stock per day.
Target Audience
The sub-fund is suitable for institutional investors who view an investment fund as an easy way to participate in developments in the financial markets, with an investment horizon of more than 5 years.
Investment Objective
The objective of the fund is to provide shareholders with the highest possible return through direct investments in tradable securities. This is reflected in a focus on capital appreciation and income. To this end, the assets are primarily invested in stocks.
